These materials were created by the Alaska Aquaculture Interagency Working group. Due to the multi-agency nature of the process, participation from state and federal regulatory agencies was crucial in developing accurate and useful materials. The working group was assembled and chaired by NOAA Fishers and Alaska Sea Grant. Working group participants included Alaska Department of Fish & Game, Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation, Alaska Department of Natural Resources, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and NOAA Fisheries. This team provided many rounds of edits and clarifications as we developed the portal materials, and we’re very appreciative of their extensive involvement.
